Our Terms & Conditions are simple. Our teas are simply meant to refresh, we make no lofty medicinal claims. If you are unhappy with our tea, please contact us — by email, phone, or in writing, and we'll refund your money or offer an exchange.

Shipping Information
We offer very simple and affordable shipping. All orders, regardless of number of items, are charged a flat fee:
• USA and Canada — $4.00 per order/per address* with a $3.00 surcharge per Gift Box item.
• Outside US and Canada — $10.00 per order/per address* with a $3.00 surcharge per Gift Box item.

*NOTE:If you'd like to ship to more than one address, please fill out and submit a separate form.
